People seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons, including managing emotions from major life challenges, coping with everyday stress, depression, or anxiety. Additionally, some simply desire personal growth and greater self-knowledge. Therapy is what you make it, and it is never too late to heal, learn coping skills, and understand your identity better as you venture into the next chapter of your life. The objective is to offer a safe space and build a lasting therapeutic relationship with you.
